A government authority in McAllen, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive automated teller machine (ATM) services. The selected vendor will enter a lease and operation agreement to install, maintain, service, and operate ATM equipment for the convenience of employees, patrons, and authorized users across designated locations.
Requirements include a robust preventive maintenance program, defined response times for service calls, cash replenishment procedures, ATM uptime guarantees, and support for Visa, MasterCard, and Express cards. ATMs must provide transaction options in both English and Spanish, meet accessibility standards, and include effective customer service and dispute resolution processes. Vendors should also demonstrate strong reporting capabilities and advanced ATM features. The contract will cover a three-year term.
All vendor questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
