Essex County, NJ is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive automated telephone notification system. This system will enable automated calls to all landlines and cell phones of individuals and businesses throughout the county, ensuring timely delivery of important messages to targeted geographic areas.

The system must support sending and managing recorded and pre-scheduled messages, as well as adding or removing phone numbers as needed. An integral function is the storage and archiving of old messages for reference. Additionally, the solution must offer robust customer service and technical assistance on a 24/7/365 basis.

In situations where a call is missed and a voicemail cannot be left, the system must allow for a designated internal county telephone number to appear as the caller ID. The county requires uninterrupted operation for message delivery and support at all times.
