Vendor needs to provide automated telephone notification system. Automated telephone calls to all landlines and cell phones of individuals and businesses within county. Ability to send recorded calls to targeted areas within Essex County. Provide storage/archiving of old messages. Provide customer service and technical assistance twenty–four hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year (24/7/52). Able to send messages twenty–four hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year (24/7/52). Ability to make pre–recorded messages and schedule the timing of when calls are made. Ability to add and remove landline and cellular phone numbers. In the event a call is missed and a message cannot be left, the county will provide an internal telephone number that would appear as the caller ID number.
