(1) Vendor needs to provide automated student data validation and audit system to the government authority located in UT. Agency is seeking a vendor or multiple vendors for a pilot program aimed at improving data submission practices among agency. Proposed solutions must be capable of front-end validation to ensure that selected codes are valid and supported by documentation prior to submission, this includes: Graduation eligibility, Attendance verification, Student enrollment and address verification, English Learner status verification, Incident data checking and reporting. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
