(1) Vendor needs to provide automated parking guidance system.– The new APGS will be a hybrid of a single–space and a level count system, with levels 2 and 3 of the parking structures counted using single–space camera–based technology, and the top, sky–exposed level counted as a zone.– The APGS software must obtain surface parking lot counts from the PARCS in order to display this data on roadway signs.– APGS software will include content management software for managing the content of the full–matrix signs, in addition to reporting and management tools for the APGS itself.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
