(1) Vendor needs to provide automated meter reading and customer information system.– Design, develop and manage executables within the meter reading software module, multi–vendor–reading system (MV–RS), which enable the software to interface with software to import and export automated meter reading data to and from the application.– Manage and maintain daily meter reading route activities within MV–RS to handheld and mobile collection devices.– Design, develop and manage custom MV–RS system reports utilizing third party report writer, specifically Crystal Reports.– Provide management, technical support, troubleshooting, executes database recovery procedures for pervasive structured query language.– Create billing inserts.– Develop and Support GIS data Integration.– Customer Information Systems services involve high–level customization and utilization of the .net software system.– Develop and manage encrypted security features of pdf energy bills involving creation of custom pdf expressions enabling security features for adobe acrobat forms.– Design, develop and manage unique customer forms, form types include the following business functions: billing, customer notification, special agreements, work orders and energy reporting.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8,2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
