Vendor needs to provide automated cartridge case triage solution. • Automated cartridge case triage solution for submission to ballistic identification networks • The triage solution shall automatically provide triage results using algorithms. • Ability to triage multiple cartridge casings at the same time, including the ability to triage casings from multiple cases. • The triage solution shall have Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capabilities to assist with determining the caliber of cartridge cases. • The triage solution shall allow case locations and exhibit locations to be geo–located using a mobile application. • The triage solution shall provide reports with an incident map and the geo location of cartridge cases. • The triage solution shall have the ability to preserve fingerprint and cartridge cases during the triage process. • The triage solution shall use a mobile application, to allow users to enter case and exhibit data for triaging. • The triage solution should also be used as a web portal application, to allow users to enter cases and exhibit data for triaging. • The triage solution shall not require any specialized training for users to be able to successfully complete the triage process.
