The U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Acquisition Management, Shared Services Procurement Office in Washington, D.C., intends to award a sole-source contract to A2M Solutions LLC (AutoForecastSolutions LLC) for the International Trade Administration. The contract will cover a 12-month base period with three additional 12-month option periods, providing access to the AFS Light Vehicle & Powertrain & Electrification Production Outlook subscription and related services.

The required service is an online, subscription-based automotive production forecasting platform, offering comprehensive North American light vehicle production data with granular details by country, manufacturer, plant, vehicle segment, platform, and powertrain type—including electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. The subscription includes regularly updated datasets, with monthly full dataset refreshes and more frequent updates for production forecast changes. Analytical reporting, market alerts, special industry insights, supply chain impact assessments, and access to subject matter experts are included to support ITA analysts with trade policy, industry competitiveness, and economic evaluation functions.

A2M Solutions LLC is uniquely qualified to meet these requirements, with a proprietary integrated data platform that delivers comprehensive production forecasts and analysis. The Government will consider responses within 15 days of this notice to determine if another qualified source can provide the required services.
