Vendor needs to provide audit software.– Provide an integrated audit management solution for a medium–sized audit shop.– The goal is to streamline the audit process for management, auditors and auditees, and allow for electronic development, management, and maintenance of working papers.– Ability to perform all system operations quickly with multiple concurrent users.– Ability to process large database files with minimal delays.– Ability to assign multiple security permission levels with user identification and read, write or edit privileges granted according to assignment status.– Ability to assign tasks to specific staff members.– Ability to link or embed externally generated documents, including, PDF files, Excel spreadsheets, and image files.– Indexing of linked or embedded workpaper attachments.– Ability to create a reference to a specific location in a document and make annotations.– Ability to search audit findings and projects. The contract period will be for two years. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 05, 2026.
