The government authority in Santa Fe, New Mexico seeks proposals from qualified independent public accountants to perform the annual audit(s) of its financial statements. Engaged vendors must provide an engagement letter and client listing to the agency within ten days after the audit entrance conference. Draft financial statements must be completed and submitted for management review two days prior to the established deadline.

Only offerors who are qualified and in good standing with the Office of the State Auditor are eligible to bid. The audit work is to be performed in accordance with the state auditor rule. The initial contract period will be for two years. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by March 23, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2026.
