The government authority in New Bern, North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide audit services. The scope includes conducting audits with consideration for all approved and known accounting pronouncements up to the date of proposal submission, as well as estimating future years’ fees to reflect pronouncements that will become effective during the contract period.

The selected audit firm will be responsible for advising City staff on the applicability of new accounting and reporting standards as they are implemented. The contract is set for a three-year term. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 9, 2026.
