(1) Vendor needs to provide audit assignment and tracking application tool.– Development and implementation of an automated tracking, scheduling and communication tool.– Application must be able to generate audit notification letters to prospective audit candidates and audit instruction letters to selected employers.– Generate reports associated with audit findings.– Ability for audit reviewers to review the audit and assign audit back to the auditor and supervisor.– Ability to create an online audit process to allow employers to provide responses to audit related questions and update actual payroll with tax documents to complete an online audit.– Software with web interface must support current version of microsoft edge and chrome browsers.– Solution must provide an automated communication feature to send reminders via phone, text, or email prior to the audit appointment and be able to send audit instruction letters post audit. Solution must also be able to automatically assign audits.– Solution must maintain audit accounts, allow for the State audit scheduler staff to manually assign audits to auditors, track the scheduling and completion of assigned audits, account for audit outcomes, and have audit review functionality.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20,2025.
