The vendor will provide professionally marketed, competitively priced audio-visual production services and equipment within the city center. Services and equipment should be comparable to those available in tier-one convention centers and hotels.
The selected vendor will market and sell audio-visual and production services to clients and exhibitors, host an open house showcasing new technologies, products, and services, and perform all agreed-upon equipment setup and teardown.
