DESCRIPTION
The procuring organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audio visual production services for a project involving immersive and interactive visitor experiences. Scope includes full responsibility for audiovisual production, as well as the design and development of both back-end and visitor-facing software components.
The work includes immersive sound and projection-based experiences, audio stories, and displays of belongings uncovered during archaeological work. The selected vendor will also coordinate and execute specialty filming in the field or studio, ensuring informed consent is obtained from all participants prior to filming. Additional responsibilities include user interface and user experience design, original illustration, animation and motion graphics production, and sound design with sourced, licensed, or field-recorded authentic music and environmental audio.
The vendor will also manage voice-over production where English translations of Indigenous language recordings are required, in collaboration with creative directors and the project delivery team. Media asset management and post-production editing of video, image, and audio materials are part of the assignment.
