The selected contractor will provide audio-visual network and cabling maintenance services to a government authority located in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include delivering on-demand computer network and cable maintenance services, as well as as-needed audio-visual support services. The contractor must be able to begin required technical services within five business days of receiving written instructions from the Contract Administrator.
Additional requirements encompass supplying training on any new equipment within 30 days of installation, providing installation services, warranty support, and performing necessary system upgrades for various environments such as the training academy’s security system, emergency medical services classroom, the immersive lab, and other identified sites.
