The project seeks a vendor to design, supply, and install advanced audio-visual (AV) technology for newly developed meeting spaces. The objective is to create a One-Touch AV environment that enhances communication, collaboration, and user experience. Key requirements include a single digital display at the front of each room with an adjustable mount, a One-Touch display mounted on the wall, a camera and microphone sized appropriately for each space, speakers tailored to the room specifications, and a touchscreen scheduler at each room entrance integrated with Outlook.

The vendor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive AV design, covering layout, equipment selection, and integration with existing systems. They must supply all necessary AV equipment, such as displays, projectors, cameras, sound systems, control systems, and cabling. Installation and integration of the equipment will be required to ensure seamless operation and compatibility with existing infrastructure. An ongoing support and service contract is included as part of the requirements.
