An organization in Alberta, Canada is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive audio-visual and production services for an upcoming event. The required services include the rental, supply, and setup of three large HDTV-format projection screens, positioned strategically on either side of the stage and at the back of the room. High-lumen projectors should be used to ensure vibrant image quality. The vendor must also provide two HD broadcast cameras for projection and recording, along with an additional camera dedicated to projecting ASL interpreters.

The scope of work includes a full HD multi-format video switch, connected computers, stage presenter comfort monitors, a dedicated monitor for ASL interpreters, and HD recording of the switched feed for archival or uploading purposes.
