(1) Vendor needs to provide audio–visual and production services. • Rental supply and setup of three large HDTV–format projection screens (one on each side of the stage, and one facing the stage at the back of the room) • Use of high lumen projectors for vibrant image quality • Two HD broadcast cameras for projection and recording plus an additional camera dedicated for ASL Interpreters projection • Full HD multi–format video switch and contact computers • Two stage presenter comfort monitors for the platform party, plus a dedicated monitor for ASL interpreters • HD recording of switched feed to screens for archival/uploading, not including captioning • Stage wash for camera–ready illumination • Automated and static LED fixtures for visual enhancement • Lighting console and programming • Customizable modular backdrop lighting • Development of on–screen graphics including: • Event logo and safety loop • Lower–thirds for presenters • Provision of on–site captioning (CART) for accessibility • Pre–recording of VOG messaging for pre–show warnings • Dedicated technical director as primary point of contact • Coordination with venue, electricians, unions, and other vendors • Pre–event planning including site visits, dock schedules and safety assessments • Show day management including cue calling and crew oversight (2) All the questions had been submitted on November 19, 2025.
