(1) Vendor needs to provide audio video recording and debriefing system to the government authority located in British Columbia.– AV Recording and Debriefing system will feature high quality output of video and audio along with quality hardware and central governing software that allows for filming, recording, and broadcasting.– Deliver high–quality audio and video capable of live streaming, remote access and observation, recording, secure storage with appropriate labeling, broadcasting, and controlled sharing of individual files.– Provide a high–quality user experience with minimal latency, enabling timely remote access to recordings and efficient file sharing.– Integrate software and hardware components to generate data metrics that are clear, relevant, and easy to access, including the ability to generate reports and export data.– Software platform should be user–friendly and support learning–management–style functionality, including the creation of sessions, assignment of participants, and bulk participant uploads.– System should provide high–quality audio capture using ceiling–mounted microphones, lavalier microphones, or a combination thereof.– Software should enable manual camera control and presets, video recording and casting, centralized control of all simulation spaces, and facilitation and debriefing tools such as annotations, tagging, and session note–taking.– Software should capture basic usage and performance metrics and provide the ability to generate and export reports or data files.– System should support secure assignment of individual recordings to specific learners, with robust privacy controls preventing access to other recordings, and include functionality for bulk upload and administration of learner access– Data storage preferable to be cloud–based and hosted on servers. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
