Vendor needs to provide audio service for air show. – The Contractor shall provide and operate a complete outdoor audio system in support of air show. – Contractor shall propose speaker placement and distribution design based on the airfield layout, crowd line, and ground operations map. – Contractor shall ensure design avoids obstruction of emergency access, aircraft operations, and pedestrian flow. – Contractor shall provide power solutions as required, unless otherwise coordinated. – Contractor shall provide qualified technical staff on–site during all event hours to monitor, operate, and troubleshoot audio systems. – System shall be fully operational no later than 0900 hours each day and remain operational until the conclusion of daily events. – Contractor shall provide mixing and control stations for coordination with the Air Boss, Narrator, and Public Affairs. – Contractor shall conduct full system sound checks with Government representatives to verify quality and coverage.
