Services include the proposal of speaker placement and distribution based on the site layout, crowd lines, and ground operations to ensure optimal sound coverage while avoiding obstructions to emergency access, aircraft operations, and pedestrian movement. The contractor will supply necessary power solutions unless otherwise specified and must provide experienced technical staff on-site throughout event hours to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the audio system.

Additional responsibilities involve setting up mixing and control stations for coordination with the Air Boss, Narrator, and Public Affairs, with the audio system fully functional by 9:00 AM each day and maintained until all daily events conclude. Full system sound checks with event representatives are required to confirm audio quality and coverage before each event day.
