Record and edit the voice tracks for each program; mix each program with the required music bed and approved sound effects; remove extraneous noises (e.g., clicks, pops, background sounds) to ensure a clean, broadcast–quality audio; utilize a contractor–provided audio template to ensure consistent fades, levels, pacing, and overall voice quality across all programs. All questions must be submitted no later than Feb 11, 2026.
