Alberta is seeking qualified vendors to provide and manage Atlassian Jira and Jira Service Management solutions for county operations. The selected vendor will implement Jira as the central platform for project management, issue tracking, workflow automation, and IT service delivery, enabling the county to efficiently manage projects, coordinate tasks, track incidents, and streamline service requests across departments.
Vendors are expected to supply comprehensive Atlassian software licensing options covering core platforms related to collaboration, service management, and productivity.
