The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide athletics special events services in support of its Athletics Special Events program. The selected contractor will provide services related to the solicitation, securing, booking, planning, coordination, and procurement of concerts, festivals, live entertainment, and other special events.
The vendor will work on behalf of and in partnership with the agency to solicit, procure, negotiate, and oversee the booking and management of a third-party promoted concert or event on a mutually agreeable date.
