(1) Vendor needs to provide athletics official online store services.– Contractor will be required to accept all major credit cards.– Carries a diverse product line including a wide selection of brands and options for apparel for both men and women, along with a wide variety of novelty items.– Supplies and provides apparel for NIL use for student athletes.– Has a full–service, in–house marketing and creative team to create marketing collateral and campaigns.– Has full customer data and analytics that can be shared with agency.– Must carry officially licensed Nike athletics products, including apparel, footwear, headwear, and accessories, in compliance with athletics trademark licensing standards and Nike brand guidelines. This includes sideline exclusives and other product offerings.(2) A contract period will be for five years.
