(1) Vendor needs to provide athletics multimedia rights services.– Identify a strategic multimedia rights partner (or partners) that can create new value for agency by generating additional revenue streams, expanding corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities, maximizing exposure for the University brand, and providing a transformative model that supports the modern era of college athletics.– Working closely and collaboratively with university staff to achieve shared goals in multimedia, sponsorship, and licensing initiatives(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 26, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for ten years.
