Vendor needs to provide athletics multi–media rights service. The selected partner will provide comprehensive services to maximize revenue, enhance brand visibility, and deliver high–quality fan engagement across all media platforms. The intent is to maximize revenues and program effectiveness by licensing comprehensive Multi–Media Rights associated with its radio and television programming, corporate sponsor and signage opportunities, internet and social media presence, and other engagement opportunities. Suppliers should propose comprehensive solutions that address the following: Radio & Television Broadcast Rights– Production, distribution, and sales; Digital Media– Website, streaming, social media monetization; In–Venue Advertising– Signage, video boards, PA announcements, and other opportunities as agreed; Corporate Sponsorships– Acquisition, activation and, servicing/fulfillment; Promotions & Events– Game–day activations and community outreach; Reporting & Analytics– Regular performance and revenue reports; Other categories as applicable. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.
