DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide photography services for athletic and extracurricular activities, covering both group and individual photos. All images must be produced in either full Eastman Kodak or equivalent color, or equivalent digital format. Schools may require black and white or glossy color prints for all photographed groups, to be delivered for yearbook use as agreed upon in each school's schedule.

Individual picture packets will be offered to students on a pre-paid basis, and three picture packet informational flyers must be provided to each school office. All images are to be printed on Fuji Crystal Archive or equivalent high-quality paper. The vendor will coordinate closely with schools regarding print format, delivery timelines, and packet offers for students, ensuring conformance with each school's requirements.
