(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic sponsorship service.– Establish a comprehensive sponsorship and rebate program in support of our district wide athletic programs.– Implement a structured rebate process tied to qualifying purchases, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely distribution of funds back to our athletic programs– Sponsorship and rebates program responses should be submitted for district level programs only.– The district earns a percentage, points or credit with every purchase, which are then redeemed.– Sponsorship and rebate benefits provided by the vendor may include in–kind goods such as uniforms, apparel, footwear, team backpacks, coaching apparel, athletic supplies, equipment, and marketing and branding materials– Sponsorship and Rebate items provided by vendor must be for the benefit of the specific Team.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
