(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic sponsorship and naming rights services. – Assist in the immediate development of a revenue generating naming rights program. – Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and value facilities, solicit potential clients, as well as negotiate agreement for naming rights. – The Proposer will develop a strategic marketing plan to identify and solicit potential clients. – The Proposer will recommend the best approach for maximizing revenues and other benefits. – The Proposer will create a prospect list and timeline for marketing and negotiation of naming rights agreements. – The Proposer will assist in negotiating agreements and developing necessary documents to implement individual naming rights agreements. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026.
