(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic scheduling software including web–based Activities Scheduler that allows for collaboration with other schools, public viewability of calendars with schedules and events at the school or in which the school will participate, generation of game official assignment forms, roster entry, athlete registration, various account access levels dependent on the type of account user, ability to have separate school, and District and conference landing page, and, the ability to readily share information with the District’s main website hosted on Final site through Live API or other comparable means.– Provide a web–based activity scheduler platform that provides the ability to schedule games with other schools and must include both a front–facing public page as well as a back–end event management and entry component that is not viewable or accessible by the public.– Live Application Programming Interface (API), calendar file generation, or comparable method wherein publicly available schedules can be pushed to the District’s official school websites, which are hosted presently on Final site.(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.
