(1) Vendor needs to provide AssetWorks software maintenance and support service.– Includes maintenance and support of existing AssetWorks Recoup Ops Surplus Management Software for both State and Federal Surplus, which is used for inventory tracking, property transfers, disposals, and surplus property and federal donee management.– Environment includes FedRAMP authorized major cloud providers and on–premises market leading virtualization environments, with supporting platforms that includes enterprise storage, monitoring, and management running in house and in cloud hosting provides.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
