New York is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, web-based Asset Verification System to support the Medicaid program. The selected system must be capable of searching for and verifying financial assets and real property owned by Medicaid applicants, recipients, and their spouses. This includes the ability to electronically verify accounts held in financial institutions, as well as conduct real property searches for the relevant month of the application.

The solution must integrate all components into a single platform that utilizes web-based technology to identify assets and real property, especially those that may not be disclosed during the application or recertification process. The Asset Verification System and associated customer service support must be available to authorized users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the capacity to accommodate any transaction volume.
