(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management software and services.– Asset inventory and CMMS system selection to inventory roadway infrastructure, pavement, and storm drain assets maintained by the county and implement a new computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).– A trusted system of record integrated with GIS for all roadway and traffic infrastructure, pavement, and storm drain assets maintained by the county.– Implementation vendor must work with software vendors to provide a production and test environment for the newly selected CMMS – For assets not visible or located on the surface, the CMMS shall also be capable of using existing GIS data, field surveys, or as–built information to store locate, measure, quantify, and categorize assets and current condition of assets – Asset management and work order system– SAP and GIS integration interface development– Incorporate existing GIS data for Bernalillo County roadways and infrastructure and assets.– Conduct pavement condition asset and inventory surveys using a vehicle–mounted 3D sensor system composed of lasers, LiDAR, cameras, GPS, and other applicable systems.– Lead requirements sessions with BCPW, IT, and GIS staff as necessary to document detailed configuration requirements (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025.
