(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management software.– inventory roadway, traffic, pavement, and storm drain assets maintained by the County and implement a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that will support agency’s desire to develop a proactive asset management program for the organization. – Implementation vendor must work with software vendors to provide a production and test environment for the newly selected CMMS. • Incorporate existing GIS data for Bernalillo County roadways and infrastructure and assets. • Test system configuration to ensure all options are correctly configured to meet requirements • Provide technical documentation that details configuration decisions, workflow details, and system integration specifications • Conduct pavement condition asset and inventory surveys using a vehicle–mounted 3D sensor system composed of lasers, LiDAR, cameras, GPS, and/or other applicable systems. • For assets not visible or located on the surface, the CMMS shall also be capable of using existing GIS data, field surveys, or as–built information to store locate, measure, quantify, and categorize assets and current condition of assets. • Create dashboards and website for both public and internal interface. • Develop separate context dependent workflows for both internal and public work order management in each interface • Develop tasks and work flows specific to each user groups and asset types. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025.
