The government authority in Corpus Christi, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive asset management services. The primary focus is to enhance security at the asset management service center by implementing advanced protections against vandalism, theft, and unauthorized access to the city's valuable assets, thereby improving safety for all departmental staff within the facility.

The project includes establishing and maintaining a thorough quality management program, as well as significant security infrastructure improvements. Specific construction tasks involve installing controlled access rolling entry gates at both the side and main entrances, and a manual access double swing chain-link gate at the entrance. Security fencing will encompass the project limits of approximately 97 acres. Additionally, one new motorized access-controlled 30’-0” wide by 8’-0” tall rolling entry gate will be installed.
