The government authority in British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide asset management consulting services on an as-needed basis across various projects. The selected consultant will support and advance actions under the corporate asset management strategy by offering expertise in strategic planning at both corporate and divisional levels.
Scope of work includes process mapping and efficiency improvements, establishing and governing data standards, conducting data audits and clean-up, and developing key performance indicators. Additional requirements involve working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms, preparing guidance documents, tools, and templates, and mapping system integrations and requirements.
The consultant will also be responsible for developing technology roadmaps and implementation plans, as well as providing support for change management and internal communications. These services aim to ensure the effective advancement and integration of asset management processes across the organization.
