The government authority in British Columbia is seeking vendors to provide asset management consulting services to support the city's ongoing asset management program. Services will be required on an as-needed basis and will contribute to the development and operationalization of the asset management program.

Consulting firms will offer expertise in areas including asset hierarchies, management plans, software, asset useful lives, business process mapping, change management, and condition assessment frameworks. Additional tasks involve competency assessments, data management (including data strategy and dashboarding), integration of operations and maintenance, levels of service, lifecycle activities and costing, long-term financial planning, replacement values, unit costs, and risk management.

This procurement will result in a shortlist of qualified suppliers to deliver advisory and consulting services for comprehensive asset management. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 12, 2026.
