RFP for asset management and work order software integrated with ArcGIS Online for a California city, supporting mobile use and contractor access.
(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management and work order software.– Efficiently track field–level work orders on physical assets.– Enable secure contractor access for task management and mobile documentation.– Integrate seamlessly with the City’s existing ArcGIS Online asset inventory.– Support flexible schema editing, prioritization workflows, and future scalability.– system must support mobile field use, asset–linked tasks, GIS–based navigation, and rich attachments, while remaining lean in its initial deployment — no forecasting or lifecycle Modeling is required at this time.– Vendor must clearly disclose license model, pricing tiers, and any cost for future expansion or integration.– Work orders must be tied directly to City–maintained GIS asset layers (e.g., benches, play equipment, irrigation, etc.).– System must support global ID–based relationships for traceability.– Asset records will originate from ArcGIS online and be pushed via rest services.– View assigned work orders with location, details, and priority.– Upload photos, completion notes, and status changes.– Access maps or related assets without full map editing.– ArcGIS online is the city’s primary asset platform.– The system must respect and maintain schema integrity with Esri feature layers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 17, 2025.
