The state of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide an assessments tool designed to enhance educational outcomes for students requiring significant support. The solution should offer high-fidelity assessments and facilitate individualized instruction across multiple educational domains, including literacy, mathematics, social-emotional and behavioral areas, as well as vocational and transition skills. The tool should also have the flexibility to accommodate additional domains as needed.

It should offer comprehensive guidance for the development of individualized instructional plans tailored to each student's assessment results. The system is expected to securely store data for up to 1,400 students and provide approximately 4,000 teachers with access to data and reporting functionalities, including the ability to share classes. The contract for this project will be for a one-year period.
