(1) Vendor needs to provide assessments tool.– Improve the educational outcomes for students requiring significant support by ensuring a high–fidelity assessment and individualized instruction.– Assessment tool must cover multiple domains, including literacy, mathematics, social emotional and behavioral, and vocational and transition, while accommodating other domains.– An online data platform that provides reporting functionality with data from one or more of the following sources: assessment and rubric data, goal completion, and teacher entry statistics.– Guidance for developing individualized instructional plans for students based on assessment data.– Articulation of a clear plan for sustaining said training in a way that is meaningful yet cost–effective for schools.– Comprehensive data stored for up to 1400 students, access to the data and reports functionality for approximately 4,000 teachers who may share classes of students.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23,2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
