(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment platform.– Provide a comprehensive K–12 Assessment Platform designed to support high–quality assessment development, administration, scoring, reporting, and instructional decision–making.– The solution must include a standards–aligned item bank, robust item creation and management tools, flexible assessment–building capabilities, seamless data interoperability, responsive implementation, and professional learning and technical support services. The platform should enhance the ability to design common district wide assessments as well as school–level customized assessments, while ensuring secure ownership and management of all assessment content and data. Features should include embedded accommodations, text–to–speech, and translation supports where appropriate with flexible assignment options. Ability to import accommodations from student information system. Capability to integrate with additional software solutions that adapt to individual learner needs and provide targeted support for growth based on needs. Item–level analysis, domain/strand level analysis, and longitudinal views of student progress. Ability to export data for use in the data visualization systems. Custom report creation or filtering to view performance by student group, demographics, skill category, domain/strand or assessment window. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
