(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment management tool solution. • Agency seeking proposals from qualified for a comprehensive assessment management tool (AMT) solution. • Modernize accreditation processes within by replacing manual, siloed procedures with an integrated, secure and user–friendly platform • Solution will automate workflows, centralize accreditation data and support bilingual (English and French) operations while complying with Government security and accessibility requirements • AMT will provide dashboards and reports on application status, assessment progress, findings, corrective actions, resource utilization and upcoming re–accreditations. • AMT will generate a cycle plan that includes activities the customer needs to perform to maintain accreditation status • AMT will enable scheduling of activities and will support monitoring of ongoing compliance, capturing scope modifications (reduction, expansion, relocation and/or renovation) and surveillance assessments • The AMT will support the decision workflows, generate certificates and send notifications
