A facilitator is sought to provide arts outreach services for projects that engage Oregon communities in social, environmental, and cultural issues. The facilitator will support artists and culture bearers through diverse program initiatives, ranging from fellowships to public art and social change projects.

Responsibilities include assisting artists in creating new works, advancing their artistic practices, and collaborating with community members on meaningful projects. The facilitator will help organize and manage projects, deliver artist training and professional development, and support the presentation and promotion of artistic work. Additional duties involve fostering a dynamic environment for artists and cultivating partnerships for events, exhibitions, art-making activities, and cultural ceremonies.
