(1) Vendor needs to provide arts, entertainment and cultural education programming service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. • Visual art engagement:– Community art installations, pop–up galleries, live art creation.– Featuring diverse and intergenerational artists. • Music concerts:– A range of musical genres that reflect the agency’s cultural diversity.– Inclusion of youth performers including school bands, local bands, or culturally significant musicians. • Entertainment industry education:– Career–focused workshops or panels on music, film, production, or digital media.– Targeted outreach to youth, particularly those from underserved backgrounds. • Native american and maya indigenous cultural programming:– Led by or in collaboration with local Indigenous organizations and/or communities.– May include traditional music or dance, storytelling, land–based knowledge, or language lessons. • Event management and production:– Any services that take place in order to carry out production of a live event such as DJ and MC services, production services, operation services, security, comprehensive event logistics including snacks, beverages, audio visual equipment, rentals, signage and permits, providing event timelines, management of speakers, ticketing, concessions and hospitality services and securing photography and film services.– Comprehensive logistics including providing and installation of event signage, security management and staffing services and stage, sound, lighting and visual production equipment.– Identify, provide, prepare, set–up and program all necessary equipment and staffing required for the events based on the site needs and necessities of the talent performing. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on February 24, 2026.
