Vendor needs to provide arts and eats market service. • Provide a vibrant and attractive space for residents and visitors to gather in an informal and entertaining outdoor venue that features arts and crafts vendors operating out of shipping containers, food vendors operating from food trucks or trailers, and a robust program of live music performances and other events. • The preliminary activation of the city arts & eats market will be a world cup soft launch utilizing temporary measures to activate the city commons during June and July of 2026. • Events and programming: approach to activating the space and attracting residents and visitors including selection process, and alignment with city economic development strategy. • Hire and manage the full construction process––architectural, engineering, environmental–and provide bi–weekly progress updates.
