(1) Vendor needs to provide arts and culture event ticketing software. • Provide a fully integrated ticketing system solution that encompasses ticket sales, patron engagement, reporting, and analytics. • Ensure system scalability to handle peak on–sales and large–volume events without service disruption. • Deliver 24/7/365 system monitoring, support, and maintenance with defined SLAs. • Maintain compliance and all relevant data security standards. • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing client success support for ArtTix staff, as well as each of the consortium members. • Collaborate with ArtTix on integrations with third–party systems (CRM, marketing automation, donor databases, BI tools, etc.). • Submit regular progress and performance reports as outlined in the awarded contract.
