Scalability is essential, with the expectation that the solution can manage peak on-sales and high-volume events without service interruptions.

The scope of work includes continuous system monitoring, support, and maintenance on a 24/7/365 basis, in accordance with defined service level agreements. Vendors must ensure the proposed solution adheres to all relevant data security standards. Additionally, the selected provider is expected to offer in-depth training, thorough documentation, and ongoing support for ArtTix staff as well as consortium partners. Integration with third-party systems, such as CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, donor databases, and business intelligence tools, will be required.
