(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence (AI) platform development services. 1. AI organizational needs assessment: – Cross–departmental consultation. – Current–state analysis of AI readiness. – Identification of technical, operational, instructional, privacy, and governance gaps. 2. AI implementation report: – Phased roadmap aligned to agency goals identified in the need’s assessment. – Quick wins, pilot opportunities, long–term enterprise vision. – Governance, ethics, and compliance structures. – Technical architecture and data governance models. 3. Closed AI platform co–development: – A secure closed AI environment that includes an interactive tutor for students with teacher visibility and access. – A secure closed AI environment for agency processes, analytics, and operational efficiencies. – Technical architecture options. – Integration considerations (including Moodle LMS, Microsoft 365, SIS, content systems, operational systems). – Privacy, security, and data retention frameworks. (2) All question must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. (3) A contract period will be for one year.
