The required platform must feature double-acting hydraulic cylinders for maneuvering both the upper and lower booms. All hydraulic cylinders are to be outfitted with pilot-operated check valves to secure the load in case of a system failure, ensuring operator safety during all phases of use.

The platform’s rotation shall be powered by a hydraulic motor, with complete installation of all necessary lines, hose fittings, valves, filters, and a reservoir to enable full engineered functionality. Additionally, the system must include a double-acting cylinder with two integral holding valves for articulating the outer and inner boom assembly. Each platform should be delivered with a boom support cradle and a boom tie-down strap as standard equipment.
