Vendor needs to provide articulated and telescopic platform.– The system shall have double–acting hydraulic cylinders to operate the upper and lower booms; all cylinders equipped with pilot–operated check valves to hold load in the event of system failure; rotation driven by hydraulic motor; equipped with all lines, hose fittings, valves, filters, and reservoir required to perform the function of the platform.– A double–acting cylinder with two integral holding valves articulates the outer/inner boom assembly. A boom support cradle and a boom tie down strap are included.
