The vendor will provide comprehensive art handling services for rotating temporary public art exhibitions. Services include the installation, de-installation, packing, and transportation of large- to monumental-scale artworks, artifacts, and artwork integrated into architecture. The work may also include repairing or replacing mechanical and electrical systems associated with installations, as well as repairing or fabricating sculptural bases, artwork supports, and mounting substrates.

The vendor will provide fine art packing and transportation services, including domestic ground and air transportation, custom archival packing, specialty multi-use and single-shipment crates, blanket-wrap and soft-packing services, shipping-agent support, courier coordination, bills of lading, required documentation, and additional insurance as needed. Professional art preparators will also install, de-install, and move medium- and small-scale artworks and artifacts; operate lifts and work on scaffolding; provide archival-grade equipment and tools; coordinate with curatorial staff; adjust or install exhibition lighting; and supervise the storage and inventory of exhibition materials.

Additional services include securing climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage, designing custom archival packing, providing specialty crates, and delivering blanket-wrap and soft-packing services. All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
