(1) Vendor needs to provide art handling and fine arts services to the government authority located in Irving, TX. – Art Handling and Fine Arts Services shall include, but are not limited to, unpacking, condition reporting, installation, assembly, dismantling and de–installation and packing of art, artifacts, traveling exhibition components, and other exhibit materials by experienced, trained art handlers. – Other services such as printing, mounting, framing, fabrication, mount making, local and/or out of state transportation and shipping will be required for a number of select exhibitions/projects. Materials shall be billed separately. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later December 5, 2025.
