The U.S. Army, through the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Knox, is seeking information from capable firms for potential future marketing and advertising requirements as part of its personnel acquisition and retention programs. The Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO) administers the Army's recruiting, marketing, and advertising program, which aims to fill both enlisted and officer vacancies, recruit civilian employees, and support Army missions nationwide.
The current contract covers a wide array of marketing services including Awareness campaigns, Engagement/Lead Generation initiatives, and Activation/Recruiter Support activities. Target audiences include high school and college students (ages 17–26), workforce members under 35, various professionals, influencers such as parents and counselors, veterans, and civilian occupation candidates. The intention is to procure these services competitively, and this notice serves as a preliminary step for market research to identify interested parties and inform acquisition strategies.
Qualified firms are invited to signal their capacity to deliver comprehensive marketing and advertising services supporting Army personnel objectives on a national scale. This call is part of a Sources Sought and Request for Information process, with a formal solicitation expected in late Spring 2027.
Best-fit vendors:
• Experience delivering large-scale, integrated marketing and advertising campaigns
• Demonstrated capacity to reach diverse and nationwide audiences
• Prior work with federal agencies or military recruitment programs
• Certified and compliant with federal contracting requirements
• Organizational depth for long-term, complex projects
