(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.– Development and renovation of park restroom buildings.– Utilized to plan, design and document park improvement projects within neighborhood, community, special use, and regional parks citywide.– Neighborhood engagement, including development of support materials.– Existing and new building and siting assessments.– Development of standard building layout, materials, and assemblies.– Accessibility review and planning.– Interpretive and wayfinding signage development.– Playground design.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 5,2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
