(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Design services for homes receiving sound insulation treatments, including specifications development, inventories of existing conditions in homes, creation of floor plans and window and door schedules, product submittal review, and other residential.– Services may include but are not limited to: architectural planning; product research; computer–aided design and drafting (“CADD”); specifying; reviewing; management and administration from project design through construction.– Consultant will be responsible for professional and technical accuracy, completeness and competence of all research, designs, drawings, specifications, design calculations, and all other work or materials furnished to the CDA.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 29, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 09, 2026.
